These terms and conditions apply to ordering goods through the website at (“the website”). By placing an order through the website, you (the Customer) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.0 Ordering

i) A Customer is deemed to have placed an order with ASL Creative when they have selected goods from the online store at the website, using the online checkout process.

ii) ASL Creative will send the Customer an order acknowledgement by email (to the email address provided by the Customer during the online ordering process), detailing the products the Customer has ordered.

iii) ASL Creative’s acceptance of an order only takes place when they dispatch the order placed by the Customer. The purchase contract will be made at the point when ASL Creative dispatches the Customer’s order for delivery even if the Customer’s payment was processed immediately, unless ASL Creative have notified the Customer that they do not accept their order (see clause iv below) or the Customer has cancelled their order.

iv) ASL Creative may refuse to accept an order or part of an order placed by a Customer:

(a) Where goods are not available (due to supply or manufacturing issues)
(b) Where ASL Creative cannot obtain authorisation for the payment details provided by the Customer
(c) Where ASL Creative believe that the credit/debit card transaction has been made fraudulently
(d) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(e) If the Customer does not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(f) If the order is to be delivered to a country ASL Creative do not ship to.
(g) If a Customer’s order for personalised products contains content which ASL Creative believes falls under one of the categories listed under Categories in the Introduction section above.
(h) If ASL Creative believe a Customer’s order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns. For commercial orders please contact us via our contact page.

2.0 Supply of Product(s)

i) ASL Creative offer to supply the product(s) selected by the Customer.

ii) The product(s) sent will be that chosen by the Customer. ASL Creative reserve the right to substitute the chosen item with another of similar size and type, if the ordered product(s) is out of stock or no longer manufactured. Under such circumstances all reasonable attempts will be made to notify the Customer to inform them of this change prior to the order being processed and shipped. If ASL Creative are unable to contact the Customer, ASL Creative will cancel the order under clause 1.iv a)

2.1 Faulty Items
i) If the goods received by a Customer are faulty, the Customer must contact ASL Creative’s customer services team within 3 days of receiving the item. The following order information will be requested by ASL Creative; order number, Customer’s name and full address, details of the goods and the type of fault. ASL Creative’s customer services team will advise on how to proceed with the return.

ii) If the goods are faulty, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Replacements or refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

2.2 Colour
i) The colour of the goods a Customer receives may not match the colour as displayed by the website on a Customer’s computer monitor. Each computer monitor is calibrated differently.

Please be aware that if colour is important, the Customer places the order at their own risk or contacts ASL Creative customer services team and request a sample (a charge will be applied to sample requests) – ASL Creative can not be held responsible for such colour differences.

2.3 Photo Upload

i) If a product requires the Customer to upload a photograph to the website, the Customer agrees not to upload or print any images that will cause distress or offence to any person and that they are not infringing any copyright by uploading the image. ASL Creative reserve the right not to process an order if an image or graphic is deemed to fall under the categories listed in categories under the Introduction heading above (also see clause 1.0 iv)

ii) ASL Creative reserves the right to cancel an order if it is believed the Customer has not received the image/graphic owner’s permission to use an uploaded image or graphic (e.g. football logos, trademarks). Under no circumstances will ASL Creative be responsible for any copyright infringement by the Customer.

3.0 Information Provided By The Customer

i) At the time of ordering the Customer must provide a correct e-mail address and preferably a daytime telephone. Failure to provide this may result in the Customer’s order not being sent.

ii) The delivery address must be completed correctly and within a country ASL Creative ships to.

iii) If personalisation of a product is required by the Customer, the Customer must check the spelling and grammar of the personalisation prior to submitting the order through the website. ASL Creative will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions made by the Customer at the time of ordering.

iv) Customers should not use special characters and symbols in the personalisation of products as some of the fonts we use in our designs cannot replicate these special characters. If a Customer uses these special characters ASL Creative cannot be held responsible for the characters not being printed on the item. If in doubt please contact our customer services team for advice.

4.0 Delivery

i) ASL Creative use a number of delivery services to deliver Customer’s orders, all of the available delivery methods are listed at the checkout stage. ASL Creative cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery of a Customer’s order once the order has been entered into the delivery system of the Customer’s chosen delivery method.

ii) ASL Creative cannot be held responsible for delays or items that are lost in internal postal systems once the order has been delivered by the relevant shipping provider, to the delivery address provided by the Customer.

iii) ASL Creative cannot be held responsible if the delivery address supplied at the time of ordering contains errors/omissions or is incorrect.

iv) If the items ordered by the Customer are not received within 30 days of the date the goods were ordered on the customer must notify ASL Creative customer services team of the non delivery within 33 days of posting the Customer’s order

v) Where an order is being shipped by Royal Mail and the Customer has not received their order, the Customer must first check with their local sorting office, even if the postman has not left a card notifying the Customer of an attempted delivery.

vi) If ASL Creative issue a replacement item(s) for an order that has not been delivered and subsequently the original item(s) is returned to ASL Creative, ASL Creative reserve the right to charge the Customer a fee up to 2 times the aggregate sales price value of the reproduced items.

vii) For those Customers who must have the order delivered promptly after dispatch, they should select the Special Delivery option for shipping during the checkout stage of ordering.

5.0 Damaged Goods

i) If an item(s) has been damaged during shipping ASL Creative will offer the Customer a like for like replacement item(s) which will be shipped free of charge, or a refund.

ii) If upon arrival an item(s) is damaged, ASL Creative must be notified by the Customer (within 3 days of the order being received). All packaging and contents of the parcel must be kept. Failure to keep these may result in a claim being rejected by ASL Creative.

Please note ASL Creative may request the Customer to return the damaged item(s) to them so they can be inspected.

6.0 Order Cancellations and Returns



If you have ordered a product that is printed or embroidered (i.e. an item of apparel, mug or other item) and have chosen any combination of colour, position, size or bespoke wording then the item can not be cancelled under Part 3 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 as under clause 28(1) b of those regulations such items are made specifically for each customer. No standard printed stock is made by us for sale everything is printed to order.

However if you find an item is not the correct size please contact us as we may be able to exchange the item for one of the correct size – we cannot guarnatee this will be option will be avialble for all items orderded – if in doubt please contact us prior to making your purchase.

For Items That Are Not Printed Or Embroidered

Such items are plain garments, for these items you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects Of Cancellation

Non Business Transactions

If you cancel THIS contract, ASL Creative will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than –

a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied or

b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

Business Transactions

If you wish to return any purchased goods there is a 10% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the cost of the item(s) being returned.

Reimbursement will be for the goods returned and not the original cost of postage.

We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for your intial transaction; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods to us; ASL Creative Ltd. 7 Richmond Court Tandragee BT62 2JQ without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods and you should obtain proof of posting for the goods you are returning.

Goods returned must be in original condition and not worn, complete with tags and original packaging.

7.0 Price Of Goods

i) Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time a Customer places an order. If an error is found, ASL Creative will inform the Customer of the price discrepancy as soon as possible and offer the Customer the option of reconfirming their order at the correct price, or cancelling their order. If ASL Creative does not receive an order confirmation within 7 days of informing the Customer of the error, the order will be cancelled and the Customer will be notified of the cancellation by email. Any monies paid for such cancelled orders will be reimbursed.

8.0 Substitute Products

i)If ASL Creative sends a Customer a substitute product to that ordered by the Customer, (because the item is no longer manufactured or out of stock [see clause 2.0 ii)]), the Customer has the right to return the goods to us within 7 days if they are not happy with the substitute goods. Under these circumstances ASL Creative will pay to have the products returned to ASL Creative.

By submission of the order the Customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises ASL Creative to take payment for the product(s) contained in their online shopping basket on the website. Orders made using this web site will normally result in the Customer’s credit card being debited within 24 hours of the order being placed.
